Amber Road Celebrates IPO on the NYSE
East Rutherford, NJ-based Amber Road, a leading provider of Global Trade Management (GTM) solutions, visited the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on Friday, March 21 to celebrate the company's completion of its initial public offering and first day of trading. Amber Road began trading on the NYSE today under the ticker symbol "AMBR."
To highlight this company milestone, CEO Jim Preuninger, joined by members of Amber Road's leadership team, visited the NYSE trading floor to witness the stock opening and rang the NYSE Closing Bell to celebrate the company's first day as a publicly traded company.
